With over 16 years of experience in education, Mrs. Lamp joins the administration team at Hartselle High School as an assistant principal.

Her first 14 years in education came at the middle and high school level with Duval County Public Schools in Jacksonville, Florida.  During that time, she served in many different roles - teacher, graduation coordinator, gifted lead, instructional coach, district curriculum specialist, and assistant principal.

A native of Jasper and graduate of Jacksonville State University, Mrs. Lamp and her family returned to Alabama in December 2021 and she served one year as an instructional coach with Decatur City Schools. Her husband, Joel, is the sports manager for the Huntsville/Madison County Convention & Visitors Bureau.  Their son attends Hartselle High School.
