Hartselle Tiger Paws

The Hartselle Tiger Paws Dance Team is a nationally ranked competition dance team that focuses on Jazz, Kick and Pom Technique.  The 2024-2025 team has 13 members comprised of 10 high-school girls and 3 junior-high girls. 

  • NDTC - NATIONAL CHAMPIONS in High-Kick, 9th in the Nation in Pom
  • DTU Alabama Championship - STATE CHAMPIONS in High-Kick and Pom.  2nd Place in Jazz 
  • UDA Mississippi Regionals - REGIONAL CHAMPIONS in High-Kick and Pom
  • UDA Magic City Regionals - REGIONAL CHAMPIONS in High-Kick and Pom

The team attended UDA Master's Camp in June 2024 in Chicago, Illinois. The Tiger Paws learned several new skills and dance routines for the upcoming season.  They received the following awards at camp:

  • 1st Place Home Routine
  • Superior Trophy with all Blue Ribbons
  • Bid to NDTC Nationals

We have seven UDA All-Americans - Avery, Gracie, Kaitlyn, Mattie, Maggie Beth, Mollie & Sarah.  
This year the team will compete in Regional, State and National competitions.  

The dancers perform at many events throughout the year, including:

  • High School Pep-Rallies
  • Football Games 
  • Basketball Games
  • Talent Shows/Fine Arts Events
  • Community Events
  • Regional, State, and National Competitions

We love performing for our community and supporting our Hartselle Tigers!
